Hi y'all! I'm back with a new and long awaited review!
Laneige is a well known Korean skin care and cosmetic brand that uses the "unique power of Water Science™ technology" to address skin care concerns. I've been a huge fan of them since I started using there cushions and skin care products a few years ago. The products from Laneige are a bit more on the expensive side; however, the quality and effects of the products are completely worth it in my opinion.
1. Skin Refiner
The Skin Refiner is probably my favorite product of the four as it is super moisturizing. The consistency is between a toner and essence but it packs a lot of moisture for such a thin product. On some days where I don't want to do the whole ten step skin-care process, I would just double cleanse my face, use some toner to clean off excess dirt or grime, use a few drops of the Skin Refiner, and layer on a small moisturizer on top.
2. Emulsion Moisture
I usually use this step as my last as it has the heaviest consistency.
3. Water Bank Essence Ex
Definitely helps make my skin feel softer and more hydrated in the morning, The consistency is very light and I like to dab a little under my eyes and any areas that are more prone to wrinkles.
4. Water Bank Gel Cream
Same with the Essence, I like to use the products interchangeably.
Overall my review for this product would be a 9.5/10. As a trial kit, it holds everything that you might need for a small weekend trip. Using the kit in the correct steps, I found that my skin felt moisturized and plump the next morning and I never have to rinse my face since none of the products leave my dry, sensitive skin oily nor does my face feel "heavy" in the morning. Trying out this trial kit is an amazing way to try some new products without having to commit to buying the full versions of them and wasting money if you end up not enjoying the product or finding that it didn't suit your skin.
I hope you enjoyed and found help in this review. Feel free to leave a comment, like and subscribe!
